Not to be confused with the show that spawned this garbage this french 45 has a killer B side. I picked it up on a digging trip to france a few years ago for its shaft style hat break, but kept it for its cop show grooves.Listen to - musique suspense

Isn't this also by Anarchic System?
Great tune, regardless.
Jeez, I could have done without seeing that horrendous Youtube clip! Thanks for the music anyway, Cosmo!
I checked both the SACEM and the BMI databases to see if a composer credit would turn up for "Musique Suspense," but it didn't.
I don't know what to make of this exactly... clearly it's by stable/session musicians, but it's a little too repetitious to soar.
i have hundreds of record like this.. i suppose i really should post more.
the composers are
P. De Senneville and O. Toussaint
Ah hah... thanks.
thanks a lot for that, where was it that you dug it? Great stuff, haven't seen it in Paris. Will pay more attention now! I wonder if it has been distributed on Lp...Olivier Toussaint was the producer of probably the most known french pianist in Asia Richard Clayderman, something we are not very proud of... I once saw a stack of is Lps in the middle of nowhere in Korea and not a single gem for my funky ears...
it was in paris somewhere. i has been working on a record out there and went digging with my fee.i bought a load of Cerrone LPs and some Library record by a guy called Guy Forlane.
Groovy!
Never judge a book by its cover!!!
...hundreds like this you say, I feel a compilation coming on ;)
Cheers dude, keep diggin'
you ain't neva lied , that track is insane, love it love it, you know imma nap, thanks for the knowledge.....
geoff is right, this track was also released under the "Anarchic System" alias but it lacked the 20 seconds intro. Who cares after all since all the Anarchic System/Pop Concerto Orchestra/Pop Stars stuff was The Senneville/toussaint duet in disguise (most of the time with the help of Herve Roy as it is the case here). Like most of the duet interesting tracks (to name a few : "Messe noire" "Aphrodisiac" "O'kalender"...) this is supposed to be taken from a soundtrack, here for a film named "Par ici la monnaie". Never heard of this film.
Nice one.....again!
Cosmo, you da best in da blogosphere!
