Maximillian - S/T 1969

According to Popsike this rare slice of heavy psychedilia goes for as much as $200.It's Hendrix inspired psych soul rock sounds are well worth a spin, but not at that price. Happy digging!

Hi Cosmo,
the link thing is done, thanks!
Maximillian is (in my ears) surely not worth that $200, though is was worth a spin...In this "sort of sounds" I prefer for example Black Merda, if I may compare that (at all) with Maximillian... But I guess you know of the Black Merda albums already?

kind regards, E-mile

Cosmo,

I left a response to your New Years greeting on Eclectic Grooves. Hope you are having a great 2008 so far! I spent the holidays in my hometown- Peoria, IL, and when I left there was about three inches of snow on the ground.

I'm listening to this record right now. It definitely has a Hendrix psychedelic vibe to it, but there seem to be a lot of eclectic influences here. Interesting violin playing on the opening track. Thanks for sharing this one! Do you have anyhting else in this vein. I already have Purple Image and Black Merda.

Peace, Kevin
